Sherwood Test Prep - CBEST Course

Congratulations on your decision to enter the K-12 System. We applaud your efforts whether your endeavors are teaching, professional, or administrative. We are here to help you pass this credentialing and employment requirement. Over the last 8 years we have helped thousands of GMAT students increase their test scores.

Our CBEST course is designed as a 14 hour, 4 week class, meeting 3 1/2 hours once per week. Our courses are conveniently held on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12:30pm. On your first day of class you will be provided with all of the materials necessary to prepare for the California Basic Educational Skills Test. Everything is included with this course. Course start dates are uniform throughout California and Portland, OR, and classes are offered for each of the six Paper-based CBEST Administrations per year. Our Next Class begins Saturday, August 28th in preparation for the October 2nd Examination date.

Instructors:

Every Sherwood Test Prep Instructor is highly qualified to teach the CBEST examination. We hire only high-level instructors who have prior university teaching experience. Each instructor comes to us with the skills and tools necessary to be an excellent and effective teacher and mentor. We pay our instructors a professional wage. Many of our instructors are university/college professors at your local institutions. A majority of our instructors have a Ph.D. or are Ph.D./Master's degree candidates. All of our instructors have excellent test scores. We provide formal training to each instructor so they can integrate their teaching skills, standardized test prowess, and Sherwood Methods into a rigorous and effective course.

We believe that well-paid university instructors with high test scores is the best combination for sound, compassionate, and effective test-preparation.

Please Note: Our classes prepare for the entire examination (Math/Verbal/Writing). If you only need help on one section you will still need to pay the full fee.
